Q: Who are you, what drives you, what are you working on, and why are you inspired to make the world a better place?

TL: I am Dr. Tammira Lucas Co-founder of Moms As Entrepreneurs. My purpose in life is to inspire others to blossom into their greatest potential to live their best lives.

Q: Favorite animal?

TL: My favorite animal is a lion. Bold, mighty, and protective!

Q: What drew you to a career in the social sector?

TL: I was drawn to the social sector as a career because I knew that if individuals like myself did not use our gifts and talents in the world to make a difference that we would all suffer. The only way to make change is to be the change.

Q: What do you hope to leave Upswell with?

TL: If I could walk away from Upswell with one big thing, it would be relationships with individuals that could help me grow my program. Relationship building is so important and I feel that is the one thing I lack on a national level.
