When you are caught in a moment of negative reaction, the power of a deep breath can free you. The breath acts like a wedge placed between you and your hurt, anger or habitual behavior. When you take a conscious breath, it creates a gap for compassion, connection and creativity to move into, liberating you to make an expansive choice.
Each 20-minute Changemakers’ Toolkit session introduces a key yogic tool to transform changemakers’ work and personal lives.
