Can the Early Childhood Workforce Crisis Be Fixed? How Dallas College and its partners are trying to break the mold.

Dallas, like many fast-growing communities across the country, has an urgent need to provide low-cost, high-quality child care and early childhood learning opportunities. Without new approaches, existing inequities in the early childhood space will continue to compound. In this conversation, we  will talk about how Dallas College, our county’s community college, is working across boundaries with local school districts, federal grants and private philanthropy to train hundreds of new early childhood educators a year and give every child in every community the early childhood care and learning experiences they need.
