Collaborating Over Competing for Positive Community Impact

Location: Salon B (Lower Level)

Reflection Activity
Community Engagement

Competition cannot be a priority when impact is your focus. You must make the intentional choice to  collaborate to positively impact in your community. Participate in small group activities to identify the synergies between your work, skills, and passions. Walk through ways to work together, and explore five principles to generate new ideas and encourage collaboration over competition, including Redefining “Leveraged Resources,” Community Asset Exploration, Person-First Strategic Planning, Skill Sharing Exercises, and Empowerment Narratives.
