Drink as You Pour: Anti Burnout Practices for Warriors of Change
Do you ever feel dry? Burned out? Like you just can’t give any more? When you learn to drink as you pour, you are not the doer. Instead you allow the sacred to flow through you like a wild river of grace, so abundant that you cannot wait to share and to serve. When everything is aligned you often feel that you are in the flow or in your groove. These accessible interfaith meditation practices get you into that flow. They are designed to calm you down, fill you up and reconnect you to the sacred source of your tradition. Session will include a talk, meditation and Q+A session.
