Leading and “Living” Community-Led Initiatives

United Way works deeply in 10 communities in the Chicago-land area, each with its own distinct ecosystem comprised of a variety of stakeholders and decision makers. For six years, United Way of Metro Chicago has been implementing a community-led collective impact strategy simultaneously in the 10 communities to align the numerous community partners around a common agenda that is authentic to community voice.
