Our brains are more overloaded than ever, and making societal change is harder than ever, too. Restorative breaks and stress management are crucial for preventing burnout in (what’s called) a VUCA environment. This talk is a new take on brain breaks and nervous system management for the Independent Sector community. Each participant will learn neuroscience, design their own brain-resiliency break, and practice nervous system management.
