Payment and Cancellation
Booth location and space will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Please send all cancellation notices to Liz Culkin. Cancellations received by July 2, 2018 will be honored with a full refund less a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations received between July 3, 2018, and August 24, 2018, will receive a 50 percent refund of the total exhibitor registration fee. No cancellations will be honored after August 24, 2018.

Each purchased Exhibit space includes a badge. Additional badges can be purchased for the special exhibitor rate of $400.
