2023 Upswell Summit FAQS

Here are the answers to the most common questions we receive. Don’t see your question below? Email info@upswell.org and we’ll be glad to answer it.

  • If you have a question that’s not answered in the FAQs, we are here to assist! Please get in touch at (202) 467-6115 from 9:00am-5:00pm ET. If it isn’t urgent, you can also reach us at info@upswell.org and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation notices must be received in writing by September 8, 2023, via email at info@upswell.org. Conference registration cancellations received on or before September 8 are eligible for a refund of less than a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for requests received after September 8.

  • If you need to modify or update your registration and/or tour and dinner options, please reach out to info@upswell.orgwith the name and email that you used to register with your request. To cancel, please see our cancellation policy above.

  • Upswell 2023 is scheduled to take place from November 15-17 in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the vibrant communities of North Texas through Community Dinners and Tours, which will begin on November 14. The official hotel for Upswell 2023 is the Sheraton Dallas, located at 400 North Olive Street, Dallas, TX 75201.

  • Upswell’s official hotel partner is the Sheraton Dallas. You can reserve a room for the discounted rate of $239 per night. To book a room at the Sheraton, please click here.

  • Most meals will be included with your Upswell registration. We will provide specific details in the months ahead. Also, the Community Tours and Dinners will include meals. These can be added to your shopping cart as you are registering for the Summit.

  • Sure! You can register up to 10 people per ticket in one transaction.

    Please note, you will be required to complete personal and demographic information for each registrant (including email address) before you can check out. Multiple registrations cannot be made using the same email address.

  • Sure! Go to upswell.org and click the “Register Now” button. Select the appropriate ticket and then click the Cart symbol at the bottom right corner of your screen. Under Order Summary, click on the “Have a promo code” section, enter your promo code, and click the Apply button.

  • We know schedules are hectic and you might only be available to join one day, and a colleague might only be available the next. Since registrations are customized just for you, we ask that registrations not be shared.

  • We have a variety of partnership opportunities, including high-visibility sponsorships, content partnerships, and business development options. Please contact

  • The Public Square/Exhibitors and Main Stages are located across the Skybridge on the 2nd floor, Convention Level. The Main Stages take place in the Lonestar Ballroom.

  • The workshops take place in two locations. City View Workshop Rooms are located on the 4th floor in the hotel. Lonestar Workshop Rooms are located across the Skybridge on the 2nd floor, Convention Level.

  • For issues with hotel accommodations, please contact the Sheraton Dallas registration desk on the 1st floor, Lobby Level. The hotel phone number is 214-922-8000.

  • For issues with the mobile app, please see our Jujama representative, Dave Bialkowski. He will be located near the Skybridge Registration on the 2nd floor, Convention Level. You can also contact support@jujama.com.

  • Breakfast and lunch are provided in the Public Square on Thursday and Friday (see times on upswell.org or in the mobile app). The Opening Reception on Wednesday evening and the Happy Hour on Thursday evening will have appetizers and drinks, located in the Public Square.

  • There are bathrooms located in the Public Square, as well as near the Center Tower elevators on the 2nd floor and the 4th floor. Please refer to the map in the mobile app.

  • There is luggage storage labeled Valet/Bellstand in the Sheraton Dallas lobby, before the hotel registration desk on the 1st floor.

  • Off-site parking varies. The hotel offers on-site self-parking for $30/day, as well as valet parking for $45/day.
