How do I reach a human if I have questions or concerns?
If you have a question that’s not answered in the FAQs, we are here to assist! Please get in touch at (202) 467-6115 from 9:00am-5:00pm ET. If it isn’t urgent, you can also reach us at info@upswell.org and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
What are the COVID-19 safety policies?
- We will require proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test for all attendees, staff, and speakers before entering the conference venue.
- We will encourage social distancing by rearranging seating arrangements and increasing the distance between attendees during sessions and in common areas.
- Masks will be provided, and we will encourage their use, especially when social distancing is not possible.
- We will work with the hotel staff to increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in high-traffic areas such as restrooms, food service areas, and exhibit halls.
- Hand sanitizer stations will be provided throughout the conference venue.
- Signage will be prominently displayed throughout the conference to reinforce COVID-19 safety policies and remind attendees to practice good hygiene and follow all safety protocols.
Can I cancel my registration?
Cancellation notices must be received in writing by September 8, 2023, via email at info@upswell.org. Conference registration cancellations received on or before September 8 are eligible for a refund of less than a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for requests received after September 8.
How can I update or change my registration?
If you need to modify or update your registration and/or tour and dinner options, please reach out to info@upswell.orgwith the name and email that you used to register with your request. To cancel, please see our cancellation policy above.
Where and when does Upswell take place?
Upswell 2023 is scheduled to take place from November 15-17 in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the vibrant communities of North Texas through Community Dinners and Tours, which will begin on November 14. The official hotel for Upswell 2023 is the Sheraton Dallas, located at 400 North Olive Street, Dallas, TX 75201.
How do I reserve an Upswell hotel room?
Upswell’s official hotel partner is the Sheraton Dallas. You can reserve a room for the discounted rate of $239 per night. To book a room at the Sheraton, please click here.
Are meals included in the price for Upswell?
Most meals will be included with your Upswell registration. We will provide specific details in the months ahead. Also, the Community Tours and Dinners will include meals. These can be added to your shopping cart as you are registering for the Summit.
Can I register multiple people?
Sure! You can register up to 10 people per ticket in one transaction.
Please note, you will be required to complete personal and demographic information for each registrant (including email address) before you can check out. Multiple registrations cannot be made using the same email address.
Can I register on my phone using my promo code?
Sure! Go to upswell.org and click the “Register Now” button. Select the appropriate ticket and then click the Cart symbol at the bottom right corner of your screen. Under Order Summary, click on the “Have a promo code” section, enter your promo code, and click the Apply button.
Can I split a three-day pass with a colleague?
We know schedules are hectic and you might only be available to join one day, and a colleague might only be available the next. Since registrations are customized just for you, we ask that registrations not be shared.
