We’re still putting every ounce of energy we have into designing an incredible experience for this October 14-16 in Pittsburgh. We’ll proceed with safety as our top priority, of course, but our hope is that the world will be a healthier place seven months from now.

That said, we know you might be unsure about making plans for the fall – so we’re eliminating the financial risk. Any registration purchased for Upswell 2020 will be fully refundable until August 7. You can lock in your spot now – at the lowest sale rate – with the confidence that you can change your mind later.

Upswell 2020 takes place in Pittsburgh, PA, from October 14-16. Upswell’s home base will be the incredibly cool Nova Place, located at 100 S Commons, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. And, of course, you’ll have the chance to explore Pittsburgh’s vibrant communities with Pittsburgh Inside & Out Tours and Community Dinners.

Upswell’s official hotel is the Pittsburgh Grand Wyndham Downtown, located nearby at 600 Commonwealth Pl, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Shuttle transportation between Nova Place and the Wyndham is included in your Upswell registration.

Upswell’s official hotel partner is the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown. You can reserve a room for the discounted rate of $159 per night. Continuous shuttle service to and from Nova Place is included in your Upswell registration.

Most meals will be included with your Upswell registration. We will provide specific details in the months ahead. We’re working on some fun and creative ideas that take full advantage of Nova Place’s unique design!

Also, the Pittsburgh Inside & Out tours and Community Dinners will include meals. These can be added to your shopping cart as you’re registering for Upswell.

Sure! You can register multiple people in a single transaction. Once fill out the first person’s registration and get to the shopping cart, you’ll see a button to add another registration.

We know schedules are hectic and you might only be available to join one day and a colleague might only be available the next. Since registrations are customized just for you, we ask that registrations not be shared.
