Upswell 2020 will be entirely virtual. The experience takes place October 14, 15, and 16 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm ET (7:00 am – 3:00 pm PT).

Upswell 2020’s standard rate is $197 — but you can save $100 with an Early Bird discount through 11:59 pm ET on September 18.

All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). In order for your registration to be processed and confirmed, payment must be received at the time you register. Due to COVID-19 related restrictions, Upswell will not be accepting registration payment via check or money order. In addition, Upswell does not accept purchase orders.

  • After confirming your email address, you will be able to view and access all the events you have registered for on your “My Registrations” page.
  • When you click on the “Transfer registration” option, a new screen will pop up, which will allow you to enter the details of the new attendee. The required fields will be the new attendees email address and their first and last name.
  • When the transfer is complete both the new and old attendees will have received a confirmation email with details about the transfer.
  • Additionally, you will have the option to transfer the registration form data from the previous attendee to the new attendee with the session information.

  • After confirming your email address, you will be able to view and access all the events you have registered for on your “My Registrations” page.
  • When you click on the “Edit details” option, a new screen will pop up, which will allow you to modify your registration form.

Due to the unique nature of Upswell 2020, we’re not able to accept cancellations. We won’t be able to honor requests for refunds on registration fees paid. If your plans change and you’re no longer able to attend Upswell, you can either access the experience on-demand at your convenience or transfer your registration to someone else.

If you are registering on the behalf of someone else, choice a ticket type and then, on the next page, please fill your own name and email in the first section and the attendee’s information in the “ticket” section.

Just select the number of tickets you would like to purchase. When you click “Order Now” the next page will populate the registration forms for the amount of tickets you would like to purchase.

Scholarships: Thanks to funding from our supporters, we’re offering full access scholarships to changemakers at direct service nonprofit organizations that aren’t able to otherwise afford the cost of admission. Request a scholarship here.

Yes! We recognize that this year has put unfathomable financial strain on many organizations working on the front lines to support their communities. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we’re able to offer full access scholarships for nonprofit professionals who are directly serving their community members – and who are unable to access other resources for a paid registration.

Multiple changemakers from the same organization are welcome to apply for scholarships. We especially encourage those directly serving communities of color to apply.
