How Feedback Advances Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Listen4Good, an initiative of Fund for Shared Insight, is helping hundreds of direct-service nonprofits build their capacity to implement high-quality feedback loops with the people they serve. While feedback is an important complement to monitoring and evaluation that can help organizations improve programs and shift culture, it can also be a powerful tool for elevating diverse voices, practicing inclusive engagement, and changing systems and structures in response to inequity. Members of the Fund for Shared Insight team share what they’re learning about the power of feedback as a tool to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and the importance of practicing feedback with an EDI lens.
