Opening Main Stage: Dan Cardinali

Sense-making is something that happens in community. That’s a core belief for Dan Cardinali, President and CEO of Independent Sector, so he’s devoted his opening remarks to helping make sense of what lies ahead. How do you create a three-day event that offers nearly 300,000 different pathways … and what’s the point of it all? Dan offers his take on the who, why, and where of this journey that we’re embarking upon as a community of changemakers.

Dan will be joined by the American Indian Center for a land acknowledgement that recognizes and respects Indigenous Peoples as the original stewards of the land, and reminds us of the unwavering relationship between Indigenous Peoples and their traditional territories.
