Bio

Ms. Camarrah Morgan has passionately served the community for over 20 years. She is currently an independent consultant who specializes in co-design and community engagement processes that ensure the voices of those most impacted by a program or system are the co-designers of those services.

Ms. Morgan is an independent consultant proudly serving the Brightmoor community as a Network Partner with the Max M. and Marjorie S. Fisher Foundation, working to advance the early child care profession by ensuring the voices of families and child care providers are heard and reflected in the initiatives, programs and systems that serve them. Ms. Morgan also co-leads parent and caregiver engagement for Hope Starts Here, a framework to develop a comprehensive early childhood system for the city of Detroit. Ms. Morgan proudly served as a Global Leader in Early Childhood Development through the World Forum Foundation and continues to mentor rising Global Leaders.  She has also served on the many teams to support cross-sector engagement strategy for filling the gaps in early childhood education.  She holds a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Western Michigan University and holds a master of science in organizational leadership and administration from Concordia University.
