Dr. Colleen Casey is a Group Manager, Social Innovation, Driving Possibilities, at Toyota. She leads Toyota’s Driving Possibilities initiative, which is the company’s commitment to career readiness and community enrichment in Toyota’s operational communities across the United States.  She leads the development of community, education, and industry partnerships to improve access to education and opportunity in diverse communities. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy, Urban and Community Development Policy, and prior to joining Toyota, spent over 10 years in higher education, as a tenured professor and department chair.  She has over 15 years of experience publishing on economic, environmental, and social issues, and has led several multi-sector social impact partnerships. She currently serves on the board of Feonix Mobility Rising.  Outside of her professional and philanthropic pursuits, she is an avid marathon runner.
