He has a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector including work in adult learning, coaching, facilitation, training design and implementation, and project management. His professional experience has focused on building the capacity of direct service organizations to engage in collaborative work by focusing on access to and use of data to inform practice and navigating organizational change by addressing adaptive and technical challenges.

Courtney is a devoted creative living in Atlanta, GA pursuing his dream of being in film and television. His favorite quote is by Muhammad Ali, “Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on Earth” to which he believes his work in nonprofit and the arts are his avenues for giving back.
