Bio

Elise is the Executive Producer at vCoder – a nonprofit dedicated to expanding computer science education using spatial computing and immersive technologies. vCoder is the first application that teaches computer science within virtual reality and recently was selected as an Oculus Launch Pad winner. vCoder is designed to engage and inspire our next generation of programmers like never before possible and committed to promoting diversity in tech.

Elise has experience in both research and film/VR production. Elise is a master in modern research analysis used in exploring generational change over time. Her work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology and Computers in Human Behavior and featured in The New York Times, USA Today, Psychology Today and more. To flex her creative muscles, Elise also produces independent feature films; and has produced projects distributed by Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube Originals.

Elise is representing vCoder, a finalist in the 2019 Innovate for Good Challenge, as an organization applying new I.T. in the extended reality (XR) category.
