Ellen Winiarczyk, Ed.D., is the Academic Director and Teaching Assistant Professor for the University of Denver’s – University College’s newest master’s and certificate program in Nonprofit Leadership. For 18 years Ellen was a leadership, diversity, and program management for national and local nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and corporations. She served in Washington State government for almost 10 years in grants management, workforce development, environmental regulation, and youth programs. She has trained for the U.S. Department of Interior and other leadership, learning and development programs. She is an executive coach for the Center for Creative Leadership programs, and has coached K-12 school superintendents and principals in metropolitan districts across the U.S..
