Bio

Gillian Gonda is Program Director for engagement at the Fetzer Institute. Gillian is leading a team responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication and engagement efforts supporting the Institute’s movement building theory of change to help build a spiritual foundation for a loving world. Gillian has been involved in the program efforts of the Institute since 2008 focusing on projects exploring inner wisdom and outer action with a focus on love, forgiveness, and related values in the arts and in various forms of media. She has supported the Institute’s digital media strategy and internal content production. Gillian is passionate about all forms of storytelling as well as the intersections of digital and traditional media, personal connection, and community transformation. She arrived at the Fetzer Institute after a 20-year career in public broadcasting—spanning production, development, and various leadership roles in television acquisition and scheduling—that began in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
