Jarasa is a Senior Manager with the Monitor Institute (a part of Deloitte Consulting’s social impact practice), where she partners with mission-driven organizations and their leaders on issues of strategy and social innovation. She brings over fifteen years of experience as a strategist and implementer to her clients in the nonprofit sector. As a senior advisor, Jarasa focuses helping organizations connect the big ideas in their ambitious strategies to pragmatic approaches for implementing those strategies. She believes that social impact requires clarity on “why” an organization has chosen the activities it pursues, and, “how” its people can be supported and encouraged to behave in ways that align with those choices.
Prior to joining Monitor Institute, Jarasa served corporate clients on a range of strategy and implementation issues, from marketing and growth strategy to organizational design and leadership development. She has also held a number of internal management roles at Monitor, a well-known strategy consulting firm, with a focus on talent (attracting, managing and developing people) and organizational development. Jarasa lives outside of Boston with her husband and two daughters. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with an AB in English and pre-medical studies, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
