Kathleen Gregory is Founder and Principal of Kathleen Gregory Consulting, LLC, a strategy and planning firm that designs multi-sector solutions to improve health and create vibrant communities. Working across not-for-profit, government, and for-profit sectors, Kathleen has led planning initiatives to increase healthcare access, improve health equity, address food insecurity, and promote equitable community development. Prior to launching a consultancy, Kathleen served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Access Community Health Network, where she developed strategy for the $135 million network, launched a for-profit business venture, raised and managed a $30 million funding portfolio, led practice innovation, and created an evaluation department to measure impact. Kathleen holds a B.S. in Geography and a B.A. in English from Louisiana State University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
