Lisa Weichman is a Chicago-based Consultant at Root Inc. She partners with Root clients to drive strategic transformation and culture change by leveraging creative methodologies and people-driven insights. Lisa uses Root’s Strategic Change Process® and experiential learning solutions to engage employees at every level of the organization and accelerate the behaviors and ownership needed to bring strategy to life. Before joining Root, Lisa worked in the non-profit sector, where she built and delivered public health programming, gained consulting experience with Huron Consulting Group –working at large-scale health systems to create operational efficiencies and address barriers in accessing care – and partnered with various early-stage healthcare technology companies to build solutions across the continuum of care. Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in both Political Science and Psychology, with a minor in Health and Gender Studies from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
