Bio
Lydia serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Colorado Nonprofit Association leading, serving and strengthening over 1,800 members within Colorado’s nonprofit community. She is committed to advancing a thriving, inclusive, and influential nonprofit community. Lydia received her BA in Political Science from Tulane University and her Master of Nonprofit Management from Regis University, and currently serves as Adjunct Faculty of the University of Denver’s Nonprofit Leadership Graduate Program. Previous positions include Executive Director of Ray of Hope Cancer Foundation and Executive Director of the Colorado Children’s Immunization Coalition (CCIC). Lydia is currently the Vice Chair of the Denver Office of Strategic Partnerships and past Chairs of the Colorado Nonprofit Association Board of Directors and the National Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN) Board of Directors. She has participated in the El Pomar Nonprofit Executive Leadership Program, was a member of the 2016 class of Leadership Denver, represented Colorado at the National Nonprofit Congress, and was a fellow with Social Venture Partners Denver.
