Meg is the COO at The Roddenberry Foundation, an innovative family philanthropy working to move us closer to Gene Roddenberry’s vision for a diverse, optimistic, inclusive future.

Previously, she’s led projects for clients including The Rockefeller Foundation, WWF, National Geographic, and the Surfrider Foundation; directed communications at startups focused on
creating opportunities for students; and wrote the book on nonprofit careers for Idealist.org.

In past lives, she’s been a middle school English teacher, a whitewater raft guide, and a semi-professional athlete.
