Melanie is Manager of Strategic Learning for Colorado Nonprofit Association. She is responsible for leading the Association’s strategic learning and evaluation work with the purpose of informing strategic decisions and efforts that will strengthen Colorado’s nonprofits. Melanie is also involved in various young professional networks and committees in Colorado. Prior to moving to Colorado, Melanie worked with Oklahoma’s state association, the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits, in the mission and programs department for over a year.  She earned a B.A. in Public Relations and a minor in Nonprofit Organizational Studies from the University of Oklahoma. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors by camping, skiing and hiking.
