Bio

Nanette Antwi-Donkor is a Senior Program Manager – Data, Equity & Impact for the Forum for Community Solutions at the Aspen Institute. Nanette leads a multifaceted Data for Impact portfolio, leveraging grantmaking, technical assistance, assessment & measurement, and policy & advocacy to enhance the data capabilities of Opportunity Youth Forum (OYF) collaboratives. Her mission is to empower collaboratives to use data effectively in advancing equity, driving continuous improvement, and demonstrating impact, while also strategically investing in communities to accelerate progress, catalyze local development, and leverage public resources.  

Nanette’s extensive career path includes significant roles at Community Wealth Partners, ICF and Optimal Solutions Group, where she honed her expertise in program evaluation, impact strategy and measurement, and program design and implementation for a wide range of organizations, spanning from local to federal levels. She holds an M.P.P.  and a Certificate in International Development Policy from the Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy, and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Wesleyan College.
