Ryan Kroening is the president and founder of Events by Lady K, an LGBTQ-owned event design and management firm specializing in attendee-centered, culturally sensitive gatherings for mission-driven clients. With 35 years of combined experience, Ryan and his team have been the force behind event partnerships with 60+ clients that span philanthropy, nonprofits, advocacy organizations and social enterprise businesses and include the Bush Foundation, MN Super Bowl LII Host Committee, Impact Hub MSP, Funders for LGBTQ Issues, and Congresswoman Ilhan Omar. Ryan is a social introvert who plays the French Horn, likes frosting but not cake, and his favorite color is Sparkle!
