Salah is CEO of Good Returns Group, a firm that helps create and scale impact organizations.

He is also the Chief Impact Officer of the Sapphire Foundation in Dallas, Texas. He leads the foundation’s Sustainable Philanthropy initiative: a portfolio of strategic grants, investments, loans, and guarantees that mobilize sustainable and scalable solutions to key community challenges.

Salah founded Impact City Initiative, a 501(c)3 working to make Dallas a top global center for Impact Organizations – a “Silicon Valley of Impact.”

Salah led a team to develop the GIVS financing model, which impact investors now use to transform low-to-moderate project returns into market returns.

Salah co-created the SUSTAIN Initiative, a program that helps nonprofits discover and develop new business models to achieve long-term sustainability.

Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Salah was a classical pianist, performing concerts in the U.S., Europe, and Africa. He serves on the board of Miles of Freedom, a Dallas nonprofit dedicated to healing the effects of incarceration on individuals, families, and communities.
