Satia Marotta is the Director of Training and Education at Over Zero. In her role, she works to synthesize new research, collate new tools, and develop new educational resources and trainings to equip leaders with the knowledge they need to prevent identity-based and political violence in their communities. Satia is a social psychologist by training with expertise in stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination. Her past research has focused on understanding and countering identity-based bias in education, healthcare, and public policy.
