Tom Tasche is a Senior Associate at ideas42 who works on designing behavioral solutions to challenges in civic engagement and global health. Before joining ideas42, he worked in development finance and international economics as a policy advisor at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as well as the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Across these settings, a major focus of Tom’s work was policy reform dialogue with senior government officials in both developed and developing countries to achieve structural change. At ideas42, he enjoys taking a reverse approach to social and economic transformation through behaviorally informed interventions that operate from the bottom up.
