Bio
Tracie Neuhaus works with mission-minded leaders to help them develop compelling strategies for tackling some of society’s biggest problems. As a Senior Manager with Monitor Institute by Deloitte, she draws upon almost 20 years of experience across the non-profit and for-profit sectors advising social entrepreneurs, foundation leaders, and public sector organizations on issues of strategy, growth planning, social impact measurement, and organizational effectiveness, with a focus on the fields of workforce development and education. She has co-authored several publications, including “Data as a Means, Not an End” (SSIR, July 2016), Supporting Worker Success in the Age of Automation (June 2019), and a forthcoming report Accelerating a Next-Generation Workforce Ecosystem in Greater Boston (expected December 2019).
Tracie has an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the Institute, Tracie worked in Monitor Group’s commercial practice in Europe. She began her career as a financial analyst, contributing to her deep interest in organizations operating at the intersection of the business and social sectors.
