Bio

Yvonne Judice is a visionary and top-performing development manager skilled in community relations, diversity and engagement, corporate partnerships, and relationship management. She served as Manager of Strategic Philanthropy on the Global Diversity, Inclusion & Strategic Engagement team from 2016-2017. In this role, Yvonne was responsible for managing McDonald’s corporate contributions budget, Matching Gift program and disaster relief efforts. Additionally, she was responsible for aligning and maximizing the impact of McDonald’s strategic partnerships in Chicago and with organizations serving diverse communities.

Yvonne started her career at McDonald’s on the Communications team in 1994, and in 1997 moved to the Diversity department (Global Diversity, Inclusion and Strategic Engagement). She left McDonald’s in 2000 and returned in 2006 to work for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) where she was responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships. In 2009, she went to work for Feeding America where she managed a portfolio of over $15 million in existing accounts, and developed multi-year, multi-million dollar partnerships with corporations. In 2015, she went to work for FIRST®, an international not-for-profit organization that inspires young people’s interest and participation in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math.

Yvonne received her B.A. degree in Journalism from Howard University and an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. She lives in Oak Park, Illinois with her 9-year-old son, Maxwell.
