Bio
Dani Wilson, MSW is a macro social worker currently working with several organizations, including:
- Cancer & Environment Network of Southwest Pennsylvania (Executive Director), a group working to disrupt the systemic violence that results in an extractive economy, harmed people and communities, and an environment contributing to cancer incidence.
- We Are Finding Freedom (Liberation Facilitator), an organization providing opportunities for white people to understand their complicity with white supremacy, live more consistently into their commitments, and act for racial, economic, and gender justice now.
- International Bateson Institute (Warm Data Host), where group processes highlight interdependency, generate understanding of systemic patterns, and enable new societal responses to complex challenges.
Dani resides in Pittsburgh, where she learns, hikes, parents, writes, and strives to heal racialized trauma in herself, her family, and her community.
