Jamika Doakes is Director, Corporate Social Responsibility at AT&T. In this role, Jamika is responsible for driving access and adoption in closing the digital divide. Jamika’s philanthropic portfolio includes national and local nonprofit organizations focusing on digital transformation across communities. In previous roles, Jamika worked alongside human resources on workforce development and reskilling to create and drive a more inclusive career pathway into AT&T for non-traditional talent.
Jamika is an Alabama native and moved to Texas nine years ago. She holds a Communication degree from the University of Montevallo. Jamika is a Junior League of Dallas member and serves on the United Way Metro Dallas Social Innovation Accelerator committee as a mentor. Jamika enjoys traveling, reading, and stopping and starting new hobbies. Jamika and her husband live in Frisco, Texas, with their active four-year-old son.
