Main Stage – Bridging the Gap: Compassionate Leadership and Inclusive Workplaces

Location: Lone Star Ballroom (2nd floor, Convention)

Main Stage

The past few years have seen a marked shift in the leadership mindset required for organizations to thrive. The gap between what leadership looks like now and what it will take to succeed going forward is vast. But we can bridge that gap—and it starts with focusing on well-being and creating inclusive communities in the workplace.

The nonprofit sector has weathered paradigm shifts in leadership models before, demonstrating resilience in adapting to the realities of the current climate. Transparency, empathy, and the ability to communicate a strong vision are needed now more than ever. In this Main Stage with the Center for Creative Leadership, hear how we can close the gap and what tools those at the helm need to navigate challenges, build inclusive communities, and exemplify compassionate leadership in 2023 and beyond.
